INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 serving LonoLife Mocha Collagen Peptides
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons cacao
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or choice of substitute
  • pinch of cinnamon and salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1) Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.

2) Pour and enjoy!
